We ship within 30 Business days from date payment is processed, (excluding US National Holidays). Verify your given information and guest count, any changes will affect the time and cost of production and shipping.
Elegant Laser Designs cannot accept refunds or exchanges unless it was shipped incorrectly. Please let us know within a week from your delivery date if we missed anything.
NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All packages will be sent via USPS Priority Mail with no signature required. When shipping overseas, customs may delay packages by up to 2 weeks depending on the destination. Please notify Elegant Laser Designs prior to making the purchase if first class mail is preferred. If you desire Expedited Service we will rush the service and send it FedEx Standard Overnight. Your account will be charged the shipping charge plus $10 expedited service fee. Elegant Laser Designs is not responsible for any damage due to acts of nature or other unpredictable conditions.
Rush services will be completed and delivered within 14 business days from the day your order is made. You will require to pay 50% surcharge fee, rush shipping fees on the materials, and expediting shipping fee of the entire order.
We want to advise you to add 10-15% additional amount of invitations to your invitations/guests count. Going back to the production is time consuming and requires additional materials order from the supplier. Therefore, you will be required to pay $25 reorder fee, material costs and additional shipping cost.
Processing of your payment means that you accept the order as provided on the order form. The production time will NOT start until the payment has been received. Any changes afterwards will affect the production time, shipping time and cost and will be subject to additional charges.
